Dakota Scott Realty, LLC is a Minnesota Real Estate Brokerage serving the South Metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul. My name is Michael Harrell and I’m the broker and owner. I’m also the only agent in my 1-person company.
While the name of my company – Dakota Scott Realty – describes a geographic area of the Twin Cities, I believe real estate is really about the People who buy homes, and who live in the homes they own, and who eventually sell their homes and move on to their next homes. For me, real estate is about those folks. They are what matters most in the business of residential real estate. It’s not just about the houses. As I conduct my business as the broker and owner of Dakota Scott Realty, I focus my attention on the people who are buying, selling, and living in homes, just as much as the structures themselves.
Home Buyers, Home Owners, and Home Sellers all want and need a lot of information, education, guidance, and assistance. Successful home buying and home selling requires a solid understanding of what can often be rather complicated transactions. Likewise, successful Home Ownership requires a solid understanding of how homes are built, how they perform, and how occupants interact with homes. As a real estate broker, I believe my job is to provide my clients with information, education, guidance, and assistance that will help them be successful home buyers, home owners, and home sellers. And, it’s my obligation to help them at the highest level of competence that I can achieve.
